This Sales development is a comprehensive Sales Training beginning from setting the right mindset and goals or sales, going through the sales process and managing after sales issues and challenges.

Sales Process Program.

There are a lot of selling techniques that have being developed by the expert, but it doesn’t  work in all situation. Some technique may work in certain situation only.

Smart sale people will apply the right techniques based on the situation. They have to choose wisely.

The understanding of “sales funnel” concept will help the sales people to develop their selling skill and techniques in different situation by their own style.

Post-sale program.

Closing a sale from people who never buy before is more challenging rather selling to the existing customer.

People will only buy if they trust the product and the sale people. So good rapport and trust has to being developed first before the sales transaction happen. it will involve a few processes and consume a lot of time.

In contrast with the existing customer, they already bought you product or service, means that they already trust you.

The focus here is to keep the good relationship with the clients so that they will be a repeat customer or client.

~ Objective –to manage relationship with the clients.
